Isothermal Community College NC Fire Training Center

The scope of the project was defined as an initial Phase I project to include a 4-Story pre-engineered training tower with attached two and one story training building containing live burn rooms for Class A live burns.

The project included site grading for the entire master planned site along with access and roads from the adjacent city streets. The municipal water line extended into the site for hydrant water and as a potable water source.
