Marietta GA Public Safety Training Masterplan

The City of Marietta, in its long term planning, has identified an approximately 18 acre site located on Sawyer Road adjacent to Sawyer Road Elementary School and bounded on rear and opposite side by the West Oak Commons Corporate Park for development of a new satellite fire station along with a police and fire training facility for the benefit of the local public safety departments.

In its preparation for the development of the property for the first planned structure (Fire Station #56) the City wisely choose to master plan the entire site for its ultimate build-out to ascertain the best location for the currently planned facility and the future structures.

Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects consulted Lyman Davidson Dooley (LDDI) with the the master plan, as well as the budget costs for this project and the future build-out.
