Mauldin SC Fire & Rescue Station No. 3

Located in a suburb of Greenville, SC, the newest Mauldin Fire Substation No. 3 at Holland Road was proposed and built to provide much needed Fire Department coverage on the perimeter of a rapidly growing area.

The site and floor plans were specifically designed to allow for ease in future expansions. The facility has three double-loaded, drive-through apparatus bays, six individual sleep rooms, private toilet / shower rooms, and multiple in-house training props.

A Police Department substation is also located on-site at the facility.
