Rowan County NC 911 & EOC Center

This facility houses the new Rowan County Emergency 911 Communications and Emergency Operations Center. Due to appropriation requirements, Stewart-Cooper-Newell had to fast-track the design. We were able to successfully put the project out to bid only six weeks after being selected. Accomplishing this required close and constant communication between the design team and Rowan County officials.

The design for this facility calls for the incorporation of many state-of-the-art spaces and elements, including a 911 Communications Room and advanced emergency technologies that will allow the operations housed here to run seamlessly for many years to come.
